If you are going to charge me 20 Won for a shopping bag (Fucking 2 cents!) add it to the total of my purchase.
DON'T decide to charge me for it after you have given me my change and then look at me begrudgingly. What am I going to do? Cram an entire loaf of bread into my pocket?!
