We're half way through our expose on school lunches. It's part 3 of "What I had for Lunch Today"
Wednesday was a good comeback after the mixed bag from yesterday. Clockwise from top left we have Kimchi, a slice of Rock Melon, Fried Squid Rings in a Parsley and Cracked Pepper batter, Curry and steamed Rice.
Not much to say here. The Squid Rings were a little chewy (and cold) but delicious nonetheless. I particularly liked the batter. The curry, meant to be mixed with the rice is a Korean standard, and while not nearly as spicy as I would like, it was pretty yummy.
The melon was fresh and proved to be a good palate cleanser at the end of the meal.
