I agree. We are forced to tolerate countless KKK websites because of free speech - ignoring them works better than drawing attention to them by complaining.
YES! We need to be going after Lawmakers like Lee Ju Young et al who are making clearly defamatory statements about all E2 visa holders, and are not held accountable because of their position and what seems to be an immunity to fact.

Wow! Those lanterns are something else! I assume they're made out of paper (which could be a disaster if it rained, no?) But wow! It's hard to tell the scale of some of them, but they all look so wonderful! -- I especially love the fish!

As I stated here, I think the way they're going about doing this is backwards. Without first getting a group like the NHRCK to designate them as a hate group or something, then ATEK is nothing more than one group complaining about another group who says bad things about them and trying to limit their free speech.

Furthermore, by going after their website first, this also give AES the opportunity (or requirement) to take down all their questionable stuff, which then makes it harder to get AES listed as a hate group.

AES's power, if it really has any, is in its influence with the lazy journalists and legislators. Getting them officially discredited as a hate group should have been priority 1.

I dare say AES might actually get stronger because of this.

Chris, thanks for the tip! I usually avoid these things because I have crowd issues, but it was really nice. The crowds were a bit overwhelming for me at times, but Stafford didn't think they were too bad.

It's exactly that "openess" of which SK is talking referring to the Android OS what have kept the best cell phones out of the Korean market.
What I see in these announcements is an attempt to reduce the impact the iPhone will have in Korea and KT next month.
Taking about the Android... There is a great one out there (the Motorola Droid) which, surprisingly, isn't sold here.

Definitely an effort worth supporting - and yes, ATEK's press releases need to include the sort of 'what you can do' sort of information... I presume someone knows it - otherwise the letters never got there in the first place?
